As many Canadians are aware, our economy is facing challenges with rising prices across the board. We’ve noticed this not only in our personal expenses but also in the costs of the supplies we need to provide our services—like shampoos, conditioners, and other essentials. The price increases for tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies, along with higher shipping and fuel costs, have compounded the issue. It is with a heavy heart that I must inform you of slight price increases for most services over the coming months. We are doing our best to keep these adjustments minimal—working from home when possible and exploring more affordable grooming accessories and retail options. We only use Apple devices for extra security and reliability. Our booking system is cloud based with back up servers and daily downloads. Our payment system uses bank level encryption to ensure you and your funds are protected.
You can also purchase various handmade stained glass pieces. We make it all ourselves. Selection varies.

We try to provide every client with a complimentary tie, bowtie, ladies ties/bows, hair bows, bandanas etc as a thank-you for your continued loyalty.
Did you arrive early to pick up your pup? Waiting for a walk in nail trim? Have a seat, enjoy a bar to support MADD Canada, have a glass of water.
We haven't forgotten the kids either, we have complimentary bonbons.
We like to support local artists so we source many of our decorations/supplies from local artists/merchants when possible.
We had to do EVERYTHING in one little room at our old location. There was no way to keep the dog hair from timing or drying from getting all over everything, including customers. Our new location is very open, but still separated to allow for containment of the messy hair to specific areas. We love it and it seems clients do too.
